Due to warehouse shutdown, orders received between 24th December 2008 and 2nd January 2009 may be delayed and may not be despatched until 5th January 2009.

Christmas Returns Policy

Because we know that many garments ordered over the Christmas period will be gifts, we relax our usual returns policy and accept returns of garments up to the 15th January 2009. All returns must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in the same condition in which you received them. A goods return form will be included in your order or may be downloaded from here.

General Delivery Information

Here at John Smedley, we pride ourselves on our service to you the customer. Our aim is to have your garments delivered in the shortest possible time. We offer the service of having your garments delivered to an alternative address, which is perfect for sending gifts. For more information on our delivery services please see the sections below.

UK Orders

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Before 1pm service, with the exception of items from our Sock and Hosiery collections, which are posted by Royal Mail 1st Class unless ordered in a quantity of 3 units or more, or ordered with other garments.

European Orders

All European orders are shipped using a Parcelforce Euro service, with the exception of items from our Sock and Hosiery collections, which are posted by Airmail, unless ordered in a quantity of 3 units or more, or ordered with other garments.

Rest of World Orders

All Rest of World orders are shipped using Parcelforce International Scheduled, with the exception of items from our Sock and Hosiery collections, which are posted by Airmail, unless ordered in a quantity of 3 units or more, or ordered with other garments.
